Quick Dry Screed
When the programme is tight, waiting for a standard screed to dry can hold up the whole job. Quick dry screed uses specialist additives to speed up the drying process, so your floor finishes can go down significantly sooner than with a conventional mix.
It's laid and finished like a traditional screed, but with the time savings that keep trades moving and handovers on track.

Good to know
Drying times still depend on thickness, ventilation, temperature and humidity, and floor coverings should always be installed on a properly tested, dry screed. We'll advise on realistic timings for your site and recommend moisture testing before coverings are fitted.
