Our Services
From large commercial projects to smaller private work, we offer a range of services to suit all industrial flooring needs. Over 25 years' experience across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Central Scotland.

Screeds
A good floor starts with the screed. It's the strong, level layer between the structure and your finished floor, so it has to be flat, durable and laid properly. We lay traditional sand and cement screeds and wet flowing screeds, with polymer and high strength options for thin build-ups and heavy loads.
Not sure whether a traditional or flowing screed suits your project? It depends on the area, the floor build-up, whether you have underfloor heating and how soon you need to finish. Pick a service below, or ask for a free site survey and we'll recommend the right one.

Floor preparation
Most flooring problems trace back to the surface underneath. Old coatings, contamination and weak concrete stop screeds and resins bonding properly, which leads to peeling, blistering and costly repairs. We prepare industrial floors so whatever goes on top performs the way it should.
Because we also lay screeds and resin floors, we know exactly what each system needs from the surface. One team handles the preparation and the installation, so nothing falls between trades.

Resin & decorative floors
Resin floors give you a seamless, hard-wearing surface that's easy to clean and simple to maintain. We install trowel-applied epoxy systems for industrial and commercial spaces, from heavy-duty screeds and protective floor paints to non-slip and decorative finishes, plus microcement and bespoke floors for homes.
The right system depends on how the floor is used: traffic, spillages, hygiene, appearance and budget. Take a look at the options below, or compare all our epoxy systems.
